"We even had the understudy for Dave Hause and The Mermaid herself and loved her. Everyone knows the story from seeing the movie as a child, which draws you in. For some reason, I initially didn't want to see this one. The songs are fun, the performances are entertaining, except for the one with the "toys", which was creepy, but overall, magical. My mom suggested it for her Birthday, so all the girls went. My sister is 25, ranging to my Nana who is 83. Well we all loved it. There are some good effects, the actor who plays Bert was wonderful. I've seen all the other Disney broadway shows and loved them. Bottom line, go see it, bring anyone/everyone, it's a fun time for all."
